Rescheduling Online:

You may reschedule, if your test date is at least 15 days from the date you apply by paying an administrative fee of Indian rupees 4,050/-.
There is no reason for test dates that are more than 34 days away.

Cancellation Online:

You may cancel, if your test date is more than 15 days out from the date you apply.
For test dates 15-34 days out, or if you paid offline, submit a request with supporting documentation. Administrative charge of Indian rupees 3,875/- will be deducted from the examination fee.
After acceptance, the return takes 8-10 business days after deducting administrative fees.
